Our family is growing! New publication, new connections!

The County Connections Group is growing in 2010 with the launch of our Hinds County Connection publication, firmly planting our three-county footprint across the Metro Area. With the addition of our third publication, we have also added new members to our sales team. Meet Susan Tutor, Madison, and Julie Bennett, Rankin.

“Expanding by adding people and a magazine is happening because we have successfully connected thousands of buyers to businesses in both Rankin County and Madison County through the reach of our direct mail and online audiences,” John Dolan, founder and publisher, County Connections Group.

Susan Tutor, a former business owner and current marketing professional, is concentrating her efforts on the growth of the Madison County Connection bringing her sales/marketing experience and local business owner perspective to clients.

“I enjoy meeting business owners and showing them how we can grow their businesses with our mailbox and online reach. County Connections has the fastest and most inexpensive form of advertising in the Jackson area. We are the newest form of advertising to grab attention and motivate buyers to businesses,” she says. Susan raised her family in Madison and continues to live there.

Also new, Julie Bennett is focusing her efforts on the stability and growth of the Rankin County Connection, bringing over twelve years’ advertising experience in the greater Jackson market to the clients of County Connections. “I have watched the County Connections Group launch and grow at a rapid and controlled rate, securing the trust and confidence of the business community. As our economy has changed, so has the need for businesses to be in direct contact with local consumers in an affordable, results oriented environment. It’s common sense advertising.” Julie has lived with her family in North Rankin County for over a decade.

A Mississippi native, John Dolan, started a family and owned a successful business in New Orleans. Returning home to Jackson after Katrina, he started the County Connections Group in 2008. The first magazine was published for Rankin County and was immediately embraced for its presentation, results and exceptionally low "about-a-penny" cost per impression.
