    A self motivated and aggressive Sales Rep

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who will focus directly on the tremendous opportunities in the Magazine. This sales representative will be a key player and contribute to the overall success of business development of our magazines. Experience in selling advertising to small and medium size local businesses is desirable. A strong work ethic coupled with the ability to develop relationships and interact with customers at all levels is essencial to overall success.


    Job Description

    This sales rep will call on local businesses in an assigned territory to sell advertising in our magazines, direct mail programs, and internet products. The sales rep will work toward meeting sales objectives and assigned goals.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and qualifying leads
    • Phone prospecting and cold calling.
    • Setting up appointments
    • Obtaining needs and business objectives
    • Preparing and presenting sales proposals
    • Closing deals


    Requirements

    • 2 years sales experience preferably in B2B
    • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
    • Ability to work in a fast paced goal oriented environment
    • Solution Selling experience a plus
